BEATiFY Terms of Use

1. Introduction

Welcome to BEATiFY!
Thank you for choosing BEATiFY Group Inc. (“BEATiFY,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of BEATiFY’s personalized services, including identity verification, content streaming, and other associated features, functionalities, and software applications (collectively, the “BEATiFY Service” or “Service”).

By using the BEATiFY Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. About the BEATiFY Service

The BEATiFY Service provides:

Identity Verification: Secure tools for verifying and managing your online identity.
Content Services: Access to streaming music, videos, and other content.
Social Features: Interactive and personalized tools to enhance user engagement.
Premium Services: Subscription-based offerings for advanced features.

Access to and use of the BEATiFY Service requires you to meet the following conditions:

You must be at least 18 years old, or 13 years old with parental or guardian consent.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Ontario and Canadian law.
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date registration information.

3. Changes to These Terms

We may occasionally make updates to these Terms. Any significant changes will be communicated through the BEATiFY Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and, if applicable, cancel your account.

4. Accessing BEATiFY

4.1 Service Options
BEATiFY offers both free and subscription-based plans:

Free Service: Limited access without charge.
Paid Subscriptions: Enhanced features available through monthly or annual payments.

4.2 Identity Verification Features
Certain features, such as identity verification or enhanced privacy controls, may require additional information, including government-issued identification or other supporting documents. These features are subject to strict privacy and data protection measures as outlined in the BEATiFY Privacy Policy.

4.3 Trials
From time to time, BEATiFY may offer promotional trials for Paid Subscriptions. You will be notified before the trial period ends if charges will apply. To avoid charges, you must cancel the subscription before the trial ends.

5. Payments and Billing

5.1 Billing
You can purchase Paid Subscriptions directly from BEATiFY or through authorized third-party platforms. Payments may be made monthly, annually, or as otherwise disclosed during the purchase process.

5.2 Price Changes
We may adjust subscription prices. If this happens, we will notify you in advance, and the updated pricing will apply to the next billing cycle. If you do not agree to the price changes, you can cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle begins.

5.3 Cancellations
You can cancel a Paid Subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Paid Subscription until the end of the billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free Service.

6. Your Use of BEATiFY

6.1 Rights We Grant You
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the BEATiFY Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its Content.
Modify or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

6.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

Circumvent security measures or tamper with the Service.
Use the Service for any unlawful activity, including infringing on intellectual property rights.
Share your account credentials with others.

6.3 User Content
You may upload, post, or otherwise contribute content to the BEATiFY Service (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the right to post such content.
The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

By submitting User Content, you grant BEATiFY a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your content within the Service.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the BEATiFY Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All BEATiFY trademarks, logos, and Service features are the exclusive property of BEATiFY Group Inc. or its licensors. You may not use these without prior written permission.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

BEATiFY strives to keep the Service operational but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue certain features, temporarily or permanently, to comply with legal or business requirements.

10. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the BEATiFY Service if:

You violate these Terms.
We receive credible evidence of misuse or illegal activity.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination, your license to use the Service will cease, and we may delete any associated data, subject to applicable laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

BEATiFY is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. BEATiFY shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
